DAY 01: ARRIVAL YANGON (-/-/-)
Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by our tour speaking guide. Transfer to hotel for check in. (The official check in time at 14:00 hours).This morning, visit Botathaung Pagoda, located close to Yangon River and said to contain Buddha relics. The tour includes visit the old colonial-style city center with the gilded Sule Pagoda, as a landmark in central Yangon. And visit BogyokeAung San (Scott) Market, is the most popular market (close on every Monday & Public holiday) and where you can buy luxury item, handicrafts, food stuff, clothing, jewelry, fashion and consumer goods.
In the afternoon, visit to Chaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda a colossal reclining Buddha. Then visit Karaweik Hall Royal barge on the Royal Lake for photo stop. Enjoy the sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda, famous worldwide - its golden stupa is the 'heart' of Buddhist Myanmar. The Pagoda is believed to be 2,500 years old and the central stupa in surrounded by dozens of intricately decorated buildings and statues. Accommodation at hotel, Yangon.
DAY 02: YANGON – HEHO – LOIKAW (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport for domestic flight to Heho. Arrival Heho, overland drive to Loikaw about 07 hours and on the way can see some crops field, and en route stop at Pin Laung village. In the late afternoon, arrive Loikawand & enjoy panoramic and sunset view from hill of TaungkweZeti, famous land mark of the area. Accommodation at hotel, Loikaw.
DAY 03: LOIKAW SIGHTSEEING WITH LONG NECK WOMEN VILLAGE (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel. The tour sightseeing for others interesting palace with local market and you can observe traditional ways of life of Kayah National races and the area's landmark like NgweDaung Dam, SunboonPadaung Village, HtayThamaDawsawbiKayah Village, and others villages to see most unusual Kayah tribes ladies wearing brass rings around their extra ordinary long neck, Kayah traditional weaving industry and wonderful ritual flagstaffs of Nat (spirit) worshipers and visit to Kayah State Cultural Museum. Return back to hotel. Accommodation at hotel, Loikaw.
DAY 04: LOIKAW–PHEKHONE – INLE LAKE (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel. Visit PohperyoneMonastery School where about 500 monks are studying and continue drive to Phekhone Town about (01:30hr) and then proceed by boat through Phekhone Lake encompassed by breathtaking and refreshing landscape along the creek. And along the route, visit ThaKhaungRelic Pagoda, other ancient religious monuments and ways of life of Shan, Pa O and Intha national races in Sagar village. Then, proceed to Lotus weaving at KyaingkhamVillage about (01:30hr), and proceed to Inle Lake. Accommodation at hotel, on the lake.
DAY 05: INLE LAKE –HEHO– BAGAN (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel. This morning, visit to one of the 5 days rotating markets (on market day only). Excursion by boat on picturesque Inle Lake we see the famous leg rowers, the typical floating gardens where fruit and vegetables are grown, local methods of fishing and village life. Then we visit PhaungDawOo Pagoda, the holiest religious site in southern Shan State and stopping to see some traditional handicrafts - silk weaving on wooden handlooms in Inpawkon village, a cheroot making and other cottage industries. Afterward, proceed by boat to visit NgaPheKyaung Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries on the lake where inside its large wooden meditation hall.
Late afternoon, transfer to NyaungShwe jetty by boat and then proceed to Heho airport for domestic flight to Bagan. Upon arrival in Bagan, transfer to hotel. Accommodation at hotel, Bagan.
DAY 06: BANGAN FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel.This morning, visit to colorful Naung U Market and visit some of Bagan most famous pagodas, including Shwezigon Pagoda, a prototype of later Myanmar stupas: Gubyaukgyi, a 13th century cave temple with interesting fine frescoes of scences from the jatakas and Ananda Pagoda, one of the visit to a Lacquerware factory. We will also visit DhammayangyiPatho, a massive later period temple with the finest brickwork in Bagan.
In the afternoon, visit top for a photo of Bagan’s tallest temple; 61 meter-high Thatbyinnyu, known as the 'temple of omniscience' and dating from 1144. Next visit a lacquer craftsman's workshop in nearby Myingaba village, where you’ll learn how this delicate art is made. Sightseeing continues with visits to Manuha Temple, built in the Mon style in 1059; Nanpaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument said to have been the palace of King Manuha and Gubyaukgyi (Myingaba) under the protection of UNESCO and noted for its ancient mural paintings. Enjoy the sunset at ShweSandaw Pagoda. Accommodation at hotel, Bagan.
DAY 07: BAGAN – MANDALAY– AMARAPURA (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel. This morning, transfer to Bagan Airport for domestic flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival, drive to Amarapura. Then visitto MahagandayonMonasterywhich is a school for young monks and U Beinteak Bridge which is more than two centuries old and long 1.2 km longest teakwood span in the world. One of the most photographed spots in Myanmar and well worth spending time walking across the bridge. Proceed to Bagaya Monastery with a superb collection of Buddha statues. En route visit to tradition hand-weaving silk workshop.
In the afternoon, sightseeing tour includes Mahamuni Pagoda, home to Mandalay's holiest Buddha statue. Visit gold of hammering ShweInbin Monastery the Old Palace grounds, and Shwenandaw Monastery, noted for its marble stone slabs of the entire Buddhist scriptures. Continue to see the “world’s largest book”, being the Buddhist Scriptures inscribed on marble slabs, at Kuthodaw Pagoda. Enjoy the sunset at Mandalay Hill. Accommodation at hotel, Mandalay
DAY 08: MANDALAY – AVA – SAGAING – YANGON (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel.This morning take a boat trip to visit Ava (Innwa), where located on an island between Irrawaddy and Myitnge Rivers. The tour can visit Ava by Horse carter bullock cart to Nanmyint Watch Tower, Ma Ha Aung MyeBonza Monastery, Bagaya Monastery, Lacquer ware industry and Ava Bridge spanning the Ayeyarwaddy River. Then proceed to Sagaing and the hilltops each crested with a pagoda, the banners proclaiming the Buddha’s teaching, the refuge from all ills and tribulations where over 600 monasteries for monks and runs are located for Buddhist studies and meditation. In the late afternoon, transfer to Mandalay airport for domestic flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival in Yangon, transfer to hotel. Accommodation at hotel, Yangon.
DAY 09: YANGON – DEPARTURE (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel. Morning at leisure. Then, transfer to Yangon international airport for your departure flight.
