Itinerary:  Hanoi - Ha Long bay - Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta - Cu Chi tunnels - Siem Reap

Day 01: Hanoi Arrival (Dinner)
On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are met and transferred to Hotel. Dinner at local restaurant. Enjoy Vietnam traditional water puppet show. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 02: Hanoi City Tour - Ha Long Bay (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
AM: Pick up at Hotel. Drive to the historic complex of Ba Dinh. Visit Ba Dinh Square, where The Late President Ho Chi Minh declared Vietnams Independence on 2 September 1945, Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleumand continue to the One Pillar Pagoda, the must-see monument in Hanoi - It is an ancient Buddhist pagoda, built in the early 11th century in the reign of King Ly Thai Tong, all construction supported by only one pillar, resembling a Buddhist lotus. Tran Quoc Pagoda. Quan Thanh Temple.
PM: Transfer to Ha Long. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Halong.

Day 03: Visit Halong Bay - Ha Noi - Ho Chi Minh (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
8H00: Take a private boat trip to visit Ha Long bay (A Natural World Heritage) with: Thien Cung grotto, Dau Go Cave, Dinh Huong, Ga Choi Islet, ... Which is crammed with stalactites and stalagmites. There are numerous rocks and islands, which are predominantly composed of hardened dolomite together with smaller amounts of calcium carbonate. Lunch on boat with seafood.
13H00: Transfer back to Ha Noi, take a domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh.
A short Ho Chi Minh city tour including: Cho Lon (Big market of Chinese in Saigon), Thien Hau Pagoda, Shopping at China Town, dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta (My Tho) – Ho Chi Minh (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
AM: Transfer to My Tho. Boat ride on Mekong river and visit an orchard island where almost all the tropical fruit of southern Vietnam can be found and tasted.
PM: Back to Ho Chi Minh City. The rest of the day is free. Overnight hotel in HCMC.

Day 05: Ho Chi Minh City Tour And Cu Chi Tunnel (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
AM: Transfer to Cu Chi. Visit the underground village, which used to be a bitter battle ground for a long period during the Vietnam war. The amazing network of over 200 km of underground tunnels will offer you impression of the former fierce war in South Vietnam.
PM: Ho Chi Minh Sight-seeing tour: Reunification Palace, War Crime Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, former US Embassy, Ben Thanh Market. Overnight hotel in HCMC.

Day 06: Ho Chi Minh City – Siem Reap (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
AM: After breakfast, transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for flight to Siem Reap. Arrive at Siem Reap International Airport and transfer to the hotel (rooms may not be ready until the afternoon). In the morning, transfer to the archaeological site. Visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century). See the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara). Lunch local restaurant
PM: Visit Preah Khan, built by the King Jayavarman VII and, like Ta Prohm, a place of towered enclosures and shoulder-hugging corridors. Unlike Ta Prohm, however, the temple of Preah Khan is in a reasonable state of preservation and ongoing restoration efforts should maintain and even improve this situation. Neak Pean, a fountain (built in the middle of a pool and representing the paradisiacal Himalayan mountain-lake), the temple of Ta Som, as well as the unique brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan. Sunset at Pre Rup. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight hotel in HCMC.

Day 07: Siem Reap Tour (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
AM: Breakfast at hotel.In the morning, visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat's five towers symbolize Meru's five peaks - the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond. Lunch at restaurant.
PM: Visit the Jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm in an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man’s creation being reclaimed by powerful forces of nature. We explore this masterpiece as well as some of the surrounding temples includeing Banteay Kdei, Sra Srong, Ta Keo, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevado. Dinner at local restaurant and accommodation at Hotel.

Day 08: Siem Reap – Departure (Breakfast)
Free at leisure till transfer to Siem Reap airport for departure. Tour ending.
