Stubbornly traditional and jam-packed with sights, the small city of HOI AN also exudes a laidback, almost dreamy atmosphere that makes it an essential stop on any tour of the country. This intriguing place, with its narrow streets comprising wooden-fronted shophouses topped with moss-covered tiles, has much to recommend it, not least the fact that a concerted effort has been made to retain the city’s old-world charm.

Day 1: Da Nang arrival (D)
Welcome to Viet Nam. Meet your tour guide and driver at the Da Nang airport. 
Proceed to Hoi An Ancient Town. On the way to Hoi An, you will stop to visit Marble Moutains (Ngu Hanh Son) with numerous caves and Buddhist shrines andh the Stone-carving village Non Nuoc. Rest of the day, relax and enjoy the life of ancient town. Dinner and overnight in Hoi An.

Day 2: Hoi An walking tour (B/L)
Breakfast at hotel, we enjoy a walk tour around Hoi An town to explore this place with highlights through cobblestone streets will include the Japanese Covered bridge, the local produce market, Tan Ky House and the Phuc Kien Association. The town is a haven for local artists and there are galleries galore. Hoi An is also particularly well known for its tailors. Over night in Hoi An town.

Day 3: Hoi An cooking tour in (B/L)
Today, we enjoy a cooking class with the guide from local chef and then you will make the same dishes yourself!
- We typically make the following dishes:
- Spring Rolls
- Fish in Clay Pot
- Tiger prawns in tamarind sauce or stuffed squid
- Water Spinach and garlic
Please note that this menu is dependent upon factors such as group size and seasonal availability of ingredients, and is therefore subject to change. We also change elements of the menu for families with small children in order to keep the children’s attention and make the experience more fun for them!
The practical work lasts approximately 2 to 2 ½ hours and then you are ready to eat the delicious food you have prepared! After lunch, you will receive a complimentary copy of the recipes for the food you made, together with a souvenir photograph of the class.

Day 4: Hoi An (B/L)
In the morning, a local tour guide pick up you at hotel lobby, go walking around Hoi An ancient town to the port where guests embank on the boat. From the boat, you can enjoy that busy daily life of Hoian people. Continue to Thanh Ha pottery village where you can learn and enjoy the daily life of Thanh Ha people.
Observing the steps of making a pottery product : vase pot, kettle, cooking pot, etc … then embark on the boat to visit Kim Bong carpentry village, listen to the history of the village, come to visit the shipbuilding yards, and see the handicrafts and sculptures. Come back and have lunch at a local restaurant in Hoi An ancient town. Afternoon, we have free time for relax. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 5: Hoi An departure (B)
After breakfast at hotel, free at leisure until transfer to Da Nang airport for international flight.
