Drifting south from Vietnam’s north coast in a wooden junk, your eyes will be riveted on what, at first, appears to be a jagged wall of emerald green. After an hour or so the wall swallows you up, and you find yourself in a fairyland of otherworldly limestone peaks, jutting from the water at sheer angles – this is Ha Long Bay, one of the most spectacular places in the whole of Vietnam.
Welcome to Viet Nam. Meet your tour guide and driver at the airport. We leave the rest of the day to you to explore the capital city, Hanoi.
It will be a nice experience sitting in a café drinking a cup of rich, dark local coffee and watching the people outside of the window doing their business or on the way to work. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Breakfast at hotel, car of cruise pick you up at your hotel and you’ll be driven about 3hrs to famous and magnificent Ha Long Bay for a 2 days/1night. Here you’ll board a charming Junk where you’ll have lunch as you set sail for Titop Island. Spend the afternoon sailing through the 3,000 limestone pinnacles piercing the emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin. Ha Long Bay is one of Vietnam’s most incredible natural wonders and was proclaimed a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. You’ll anchor at Titop this evening before an on-deck candlelight dinner featuring gourmet cuisine. You experience a romantic night on cruise among the sea and mountains.
You will begin this morning with a sunrise breakfast before your exploration of Luon Cave (Tunnel cave) by sampan. Then continue to visit another part of Bay (Bai Tu Long Bay). Lunch on board. You will disembark the Junk and return to Hanoi. Drop at your hotel. Overnight in Ha Noi.
After breakfast at hotel, we have a short trip visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, the social center of Hanoi. Walking and shopping on 36 old streets for shopping in Old Quarter area of Ha Noi, Trang Tien Plaza – the most modern shopping center in Vietnam.
After Lunch at local restaurant, free at leisure, shopping or walking around Ha Noi until transfer to Noi Bai airport for international flight.
