From Hanoi, tourists can take a bus to Cai Rong Town, Van Don District, Quang Ninh Province. From there, Co To Island is just a two-hour high-speed boat trip away. The boat travels across Bai Tu Long Bay with its mountainous scenery, like hundreds of baby dragons sleeping on a giant green carpet.
