Trade Representative in Europe

Follow our plan promoting business in Europe area; we are seeking an experienced dynamic, enthusiastic to take care our customers and developing new relationship. 

Job description

1. Official sales representative of Welcome Vietnam Tour in Europe area such as England, French, Germany, Spain …

2. Submit your annual sales plan & action plan for every month & quarter.

3. Deploy your sales plan into 02 ways: B2B & B2C. 

a) For B2B: sales calls to local Tour Operators

b) For B2C: set up series bookings of guaranteed departures which will be sold through the local travel agents & our website. Work out with the airlines for good airfare & seat availability for these series. Sales calls to local school for Student Travel.

4. Achieve & exceed monthly sales revenue & volume target (the target will be discussed when joining the company)

5. Take part in the Trade Show & arrange the FAM trip for potential clients.
6. Assist Marketing Manager & Product Manager in the research, development and updating of specialized programs and new products, as indicated by company needs as well as market trends.

7. Update competitor’s information and report to management

8. Complaints handling, on a case by case basis, with approval from Inbound Director.

9. Report directly to Inbound Director

Desired skills and experience

1. Achieve & exceed monthly sales revenue & volume target after 06 months of joining us 

2. Maintain the old customers & develop the target customers

3. B.A Degree: Tourism, Hospitality or Marketing is highly desired

4. Strong sales experience and performance 

5. Be able to writing & communicating in your mother - tongue language

6. Result orientated and good organization skills

7. Excellent team player and outgoing personality

8. Male/Female, max. age at 45
